Literacy Planet Cancellation Policy

Please read the Intrepica Cancellation Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect to the Literacy Planet program.

We know that you will love the Literacy Planet program so much that we back it up with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the Literacy Planet program, simply contact us during the guarantee period to receive a full refund.

After the guarantee period, you may cancel your subscription on the terms set out below:

Schools

You may notify us at any time to cancel your annual subscription to the Literacy Planet program. Upon receiving notice of your cancellation, we will terminate your access to the Literacy Planet program on the 12-month anniversary of your subscription date.

Please note that:

• irrespective of the time of your cancellation, you will have access to the Literacy Planet program up until the date of termination; and
• if you cancel your subscription to the Literacy Planet program, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Individuals

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by giving us 2 weeks’ notice. However, please note that:

• if you give us your cancellation notice within 14 days of the monthly anniversary of your subscription date, cancellation will take place the following month. In such case, we will bill you for that following month; and
• if you give us your cancellation notice more than 14 days from the monthly anniversary of your subscription date, cancellation will take effect on the monthly anniversary date.

Your access to the Literacy Planet program will be terminated on the day that cancellation occurs.
