Literacy Planet Refund Policy

Please read the Literacy Planet Refund Policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.

We will accept product returns where:

• the product or service is faulty or not fit for the purpose goods or services of that kind are commonly bought; and
• the product or service does not match the sample or description advertised on the Literacy Planet website.

Please note that specific refund conditions apply to different products and services as set out below:

Program

We know that you will love the Literacy Planet program so much that we back it up with a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the Literacy Planet program, you may cancel your membership at any time up to 14 days from your date of subscription. Upon receiving notice of your cancellation, we will refund all fees which you have paid to us in relation to your membership.

If you have purchased a subscription to the Literacy Planet program and subsequently you obtain access to the program via a school subscription, we will offer you a refund of your membership fees on a pro rata basis.

Physical Items

If there is any defect in a tangible Literacy Planet product on receipt by you, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please send back to us the defective goods, complete with any instruction manuals and all accessories within 7 days of receiving the defective goods, with the following details:

• your name and address;
• original order number; and
• the reason for the return of the goods.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

You will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the product only and you will incur the charges of the delivery and return of the product. If you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be made upon the return of the product.

All returns must be sent to us via Registered Mail or Courier.
